"Reserved seats 11 &12 on top of the bus. Terrible seats, plastic material, slippery at every movement the bus made. Called customer service to change seats for my return and they asked to pay $10 more!!!! Horrible customer service. The buses are not even full to Pittsburgh why they can’t change the seats. Unfortunately I have to return with Megabus, but I will not use them again."

"Our bus was running late. Once we got to the stop where we were going to transfer buses, turns out the bus that we were going to transfer to had already left. And the next bus that was available wasn’t until two days later! From that point we had to pay additional expenses to get back home."
