Luggage

Free allowance

• 1 carry-on item, which must fit under the seat or in the overhead compartment.
• 2 bags in the baggage hold, each with a maximum weight of 20kg (44.1lbs) and dimensions of 69 x 54cm x 36cm.

Additional Luggage

• A fee of $10 applies for additional luggage, which will be accepted only if space permits on the day.
• Additional fees apply for overweight or oversized bags.
• Overweight bags are charged $10 for the first 10 pounds over the limit, and $20 for every 10 pounds after that.
• Oversized bags incur a fee between $10 and $30, depending on size.

Pet Policy

No Pets Allowed.

Service Animals Exception: Must be dogs trained for specific tasks related to disabilities. Emotional support animals do not qualify.

• The first row of seating is reserved for elderly passengers and those with disabilities.

Wheelchair Accessibility

• Jet Set Express buses are equipped with a lift for boarding passengers with wheelchairs or mobility devices.
• Each bus has limited space for two wheelchairs, so we recommend booking in advance.
• Wheelchairs must meet the following size and weight criteria:
  • Maximum weight: 600 lbs (270 kg)
  • Maximum size: 30 in (76 cm) x 48 in (122 cm)

Bus Ticket Cancellations and Refunds

• If your booking is cancellable, you can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your trip.

Bus Ticket Exchanges

• You can exchange your ticket up to 48 hours before departure time.
• You can only change the departure time or date of your booking.
• To exchange your Jet Set Express ticket for a different time, contact the bus company.
