WORST SERVICE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE! DONT USE THIS BUS COMPANY. LIKE FORGET ABOUT THE MONEY. YOU NEED TO KEEP YOUR DIGNITY. An 11hour ride became an 18h and the worst $60 spent. I mean, you get what you pay for. Our bus broke down (still don’t know what really happened) in the middle of the highway 2 hours in the trip. It was 12:30am, we got to a gas station/ rest stop and got stuck there for around 4hours waiting for a replacement bus. The replacement bus comes in around 5am, but its full of people. So they had us wait outside the bus IN THE FREEZING COLD for 30-45mins while the people got off the bus so they could transfer to a new one. A beautiful clean new bus. While we got a disgusting, smelling, FULL OF TRASH, shitty bus. At this point everyone was tired and just wanted to get to their destination. I new I was signing up for an adventure and a shitty service when I bought the ticket, but oh but was I naive. This was by far THE WORST SERVICE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. The Chinese driver didn’t even spoke english, so there was no communication whatsoever. No working outlets, a million stops, bathroom (Let me throw up because that was disgusting), A DIRTY BABY DIAPER IN FLOOR, like everything I thought could go wrong happened. We where suppose to get to our destination around 9am, we didn’t got there until 4:30-5pm DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. AGAIN, IF YOU VALUE YOURSELF, YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DONT USE WANDA COACH! You will get what you pay for.

Terrible!!!!!! Worst experience I've ever. I was waiting for bus for 4 hours. I had no choice. But, bus cancelled finally. All my journey was ruined. I lost $200. I will not stop complaining.

Megabus is TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM TO TRAVEL. My first trip was on a Friday (Nov 16) at 1:40. I arrived at 1:20 and got in line. Nothing about any delays was said to us. At 2:15, suddenly a man says “your bus is leaving at 3:40” and walked off. I didn’t have enough time to go home so I just sat in a random place nearby. At 3:30 I got back in line and the same man says “your bus is now leaving at 5”. I want to stress the fact that every bus after 12 pm that day was either canceled or delayed - and no one was notified. People kept showing up for their bus routes at later times (3:40,4:40,5:40) and had NO idea that there were delays or cancellations. Someone tried to call and get a refund and they were basically told “oh well” and did not receive a refund or any offer for the inconvenience. At 5 pm they started loading the bus, and because so many people were trying to get on, it was done in a mob fashion. A giant crowd (no line) pushed its way up to the bus doors and the driver slowly let us on in no particular order. So I arrived at my destination 4 hours late — luckily I still had someone to pick me up from the bus station. THEN on the return trip back to NYC, the driver took a ridiculous route through the city, block by block, instead of taking an outer street highway that would have reduced drive time by over 20 minutes. We were supposed to arrive at 7:15. It is now 7:31 and we are still far from our stop. DO NOT TAKE MEGABUS EVER. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
