  • National Express allows passengers to bring one pet per person when traveling in the UK (code: gb).
  • Pets must be kept in an animal carrier at all times, and the carrier must not exceed dimensions of 45x30x25cm.
  • The pet must be kept with the passenger, or placed on the floor of the coach, and not in the aisle, or other restricted areas.
  • Passengers must always have the pet under control.
  • Any pet that is not considered a domestic pet (such as birds, snakes, lizards, etc.) is not allowed on the bus.
  • Pets must not cause any disturbance or nuisance to other passengers.
  • The driver reserves the right to refuse to carry any pet, if in their opinion the pet is unlikely to cause a problem on the coach.
