  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the departure time of the booked journey.
  • If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the departure time, the full ticket price will be charged.
  • Cancellations can only be made by the passenger that purchased the ticket.
  • Partially used tickets will not be compensated.
  • In case of failure to board the bus, the full ticket price will be charged.
  • Cancellations due to force majeure (e.g. bad weather, strikes, etc.) are not refundable.

  • When traveling on Eurolines in Germany, each passenger is allowed to carry two pieces of luggage per ticket.
  • The maximum weight allowance for each piece of luggage is 32 kg (70 lbs.).
  • Additional luggage may be carried at an extra charge of €7.50 per piece.
  • Passengers are allowed to bring on board one small piece of hand luggage with a maximum weight of 8 kg (17 lbs.)
  • Passengers are not allowed to bring on board any dangerous items, including flammable liquids, gases, firearms and explosives.

  • Pets are allowed on Eurolines buses in Germany, provided they are kept in a carry cage and the passenger is able to look after the pet during the journey.
  • The carry cage must be of a size that fits under the seat and the pet must be able to stand, turn around and lie down comfortably.
  • It is recommended that you contact the Eurolines office for your country before travelling to ensure that suitable accommodation is available for your pet.
  • The maximum size of the cage is 45cm x 30cm x 25 cm (17.7in x 11.8in x 9.8in).
  • The pet must be accompanied by all necessary documents and medical certificates.
  • The pet must be muzzled, and kept on a leash at all times when not in the cage.
  • Pets that are allowed to travel on Eurolines buses in Germany: cats, dogs, rodents (e.g. hamsters, gerbils, rats, guinea pigs), rabbits, birds, reptiles and amphibians.
  • Pets that are not allowed to travel on Eurolines buses in Germany: all other animals, including ferrets and snakes.
