Zak Express Bus Tickets And Schedules

• Zak Express has a strict cancellation policy for bus tickets in PL. Cancellations are only allowed up to 24 hours prior to departure.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure will not be refunded.
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
• If the bus is delayed or cancelled due to bad weather or other circumstances, Zak Express will work to provide an alternate solution or a full refund.
• In the event of a missed connection, Zak Express will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
• In case of sickness or medical emergency, Zak Express may provide a full refund if the customer provides a doctor’s note or other proof of illness.

• Zak Express allows small pets in carriers on board as long as they do not disturb other passengers. • All pets must be muzzled or in an enclosed pet carrier throughout the entire journey. • Pets should be kept on the passenger's lap or under the seat. • All pet carriers must be leak-proof and properly ventilated. • Pets must not occupy a seat. • Pets are not allowed on any of the overnight services.
