Flexible Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation in advance of 48 hours before the scheduled departure time, then you will be refunded in full.
If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time, then you will be refunded 50% of the total cost.
If you cancel your reservation after the scheduled departure time, then you will not be refunded.
If the bus is cancelled by the provider, then you will be refunded in full.
If the bus is delayed due to unforeseeable circumstances, then you will be refunded the cost of the delay.

Smooth Luggage

Luggage Policy

Passengers are allowed to bring one small suitcase and one handbag per person free of charge.
Additional luggage may be transported at the discretion of the bus driver and will be subject to an additional fee of 10 PLN per piece.
The total weight of the luggage must not exceed 25 kg.
Passengers are not allowed to bring any item that is hazardous, flammable, and/or illegal in the country of Z-Time.
Luggage must be stowed in the baggage compartment and must not be obstructing the aisle or blocking the view of other passengers.
Luggage should be clearly labeled with the passenger’s name and contact information.
Passengers are responsible for the safety of their own luggage.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed on Z-Time buses in the country where code equals to pl, as long as they are properly contained.
Allowed pets include cats, small dogs, and other small animals like rabbits, hamsters, and guinea pigs.
Pets must be kept in a secure, ventilated, and leak-proof container with sufficient space.
The container should be able to fit comfortably under the seat, and the pet should not be able to escape.
Large dogs, such as Rottweilers, German Shepherds, and Great Danes, are not allowed on buses.
Any pet that is disruptive or aggressive is not allowed on the bus.
