Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation of a journey must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
- If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time, a cancellation fee will be charged.
- A refund of the fare will be given if the cancellation is made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure.
- If the journey is cancelled due to weather or mechanical problems, no cancellation fee will be charged.
- If a customer fails to board the bus at the scheduled departure time, no refund will be provided.
- In cases of illness or other extenuating circumstances, refund requests must be made in writing to the Yorke Peninsula Coaches office.
- If the request is approved, the customer will receive a full refund of the fare paid.

Luggage Policy
- Yorke Peninsula Coaches allows passengers to bring up to two pieces of luggage per person, with a maximum weight of 25kg per piece.
- Passengers are allowed to bring hand luggage, such as laptops and handbags, on board the coach.
- Each passenger is allowed to carry one item of hand luggage, with a maximum weight of 5kg.
- Any additional luggage can be sent as freight, for an additional fee.
- Items that are not allowed on board the coach include weapons, flammable materials, explosives, and illegal substances.
- Any baggage that exceeds the limit of 25kg per piece will be charged an additional fee.

Pet Policy
- Pets are permitted on Yorke Peninsula Coaches, provided they are in a secure, pet-carrier or kennel.
