Flexible Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 24 hours before the departure time of the bus. If you cancel after this deadline, your ticket will not be refunded.
If your trip is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or other force majeure circumstances, you will be refunded the full cost of your ticket.
If your trip is cancelled due to technical issues, you will be refunded the full cost of your ticket.
If your trip is cancelled due to a lack of sufficient demand, you will be refunded the full cost of your ticket.
If you miss your bus due to an error with your ticket, Wispol will provide you with a new ticket free of charge.
If you miss your bus due to being late for your scheduled departure, Wispol reserves the right to refuse to provide you with a new ticket.

- Passengers are allowed to bring one small piece of hand luggage and one item of checked baggage. The total weight of the baggage must not exceed 20 kg.
- Passengers with more than one item of checked baggage must pay an additional fee per item.
- Passengers are allowed to bring items such as a laptop, camera, or small personal items in their hand luggage.
- Larger items such as suitcases and large backpacks must be checked in.
