Flexible Cancellations
Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to scheduled departure time.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure time will be subject to a full fare cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full fare.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure time will not be eligible for a refund.
- Changes to existing bookings may be subject to additional fees.
- In the event of a cancellation, unused portions of your ticket must be returned to Voyager Transport in order to receive a refund.
- If the cancellation is made due to illness, death or other emergency, Voyager Transport may waive the cancellation fee.

- Voyager Transport allows passengers to bring two pieces of checked luggage, with a maximum weight of 20kg per piece.
- Passengers can also bring one piece of hand luggage with a maximum weight of 10kg.
- Passengers are allowed to bring carry-on items such as laptops, handbags and cameras.
- Items that are not allowed on Voyager Transport include weapons, flammable materials, animals, and illegal drugs.
- Any excess luggage will be charged an additional fee.
