.• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure of the bus. • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be refunded in full. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure may be eligible for a partial refund. • Cancellations made within one hour of the scheduled departure are not eligible for a refund. • No refunds will be issued for any unused portions of tickets. • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. • Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process. • In the event of a cancellation due to weather or other force majeure, Vila Mora will issue a refund or a voucher for a future trip.

- Luggage Policy on Vila Mora:
- Passengers are allowed to carry two suitcases and one carry-on item per person, plus one small personal item (handbag, laptop, etc).
- All luggage must fit in the overhead bins or under the seat in front of you.
- Luggage exceeding the weight limit (50lbs/22kgs) will be subject to additional fees.
- Excess luggage will be charged a fee of $10 per item (over the two suitcases and one carry-on item).
- Strollers and car seats are accepted as part of your two suitcases and one carry-on item.
