  • If you wish to cancel your ticket before the departure, you can do so up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the type of ticket and the distance of your journey.
  • If you cancel your ticket after the departure time has passed, no refund will be given and the ticket will be considered void.
  • If your journey is delayed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or traffic, a full or partial refund may be given, depending on the severity of the delay or cancellation.
  • If you miss your bus due to your own fault, such as arriving late to the bus stop, no refund will be given and the ticket will be considered void.
  • If your ticket is lost or stolen, no refund will be given and the ticket will be considered void.

  • On Trans-Europa, passengers are allowed to bring two pieces of cabin luggage on board, one large item and one small item.
  • The large item must not exceed 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm and the small item must not exceed 35 cm x 20 cm x 20 cm.
  • Passengers are also allowed to bring additional items such as a laptop bag, handbag, and/or a briefcase.
  • Passengers are allowed to carry up to 10 kg of cabin baggage.
  • Items such as firearms, explosives, flammable liquids, and other dangerous items are not allowed on board.
  • In Poland, there is a 3.70 zł fee per kg of luggage over the 10 kg limit.

• Trans-Europa allows passengers to bring their pets on board in pl, provided that the pet is carried in an appropriate container, such as a pet carrier.
• The pet carrier must be of a size and weight that can be safely stowed in the overhead compartment or under the seat in front of you.
• Only domesticated animals such as cats, dogs, rabbits, and birds are allowed on Trans-Europa buses in pl.
• Trans-Europa does not permit the transport of reptiles, amphibians, rodents or other animals, or of any animal that could be considered dangerous.
• The pet carrier must be ventilated and roomy enough for the pet to stand up, turn around, and lie down comfortably.
• Trans-Europa passengers must remain in control of their pets at all times, and must not allow their pet to interfere with the comfort or safety of other passengers.
• Passengers must clean up after their pet, both inside and outside the bus.
• If the pet is too large or too noisy, the driver has the right to refuse transport.
