Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of a booking is subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellation more than 24 hours prior to travel: a full refund will be offered.
- Cancellation within 24 hours prior to travel: a refund of 50% of the fare will be offered.
- Cancellation within 2 hours of travel: no refund will be offered.
- Cancellation due to extreme weather conditions: a full refund will be offered.
- Cancellation due to mechanical failure: a full refund will be offered.

Luggage Policy
- On Stateliner, passengers are allowed to bring two pieces of luggage, with a maximum weight of 30kg per piece.
- Passengers are also allowed to bring one small item, such as a handbag, laptop bag, or briefcase, as long as it does not exceed 10kg.
- Any extra luggage will incur an additional fee of $5 per kilogram.
- Passengers are not allowed to bring any hazardous materials, weapons, or illegal items with them on the bus.
- Any dangerous items or items that may be considered a security risk must be declared at the time of booking.

Pet Policy
- Pets are allowed to travel on Stateliner in the country where code is au, as long as their safety and comfort are considered.
- Pets must be in an enclosed travel container and must be placed in the luggage compartment of the bus.
