Stagecoach South West Bus Tickets And Schedules

• If you wish to cancel your ticket, please contact Stagecoach South West on their customer service line at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled departure.
• If you cancel before the departure date, refunds will be issued in full, less any applicable booking fees.
• If you cancel on the day of the departure, refunds will be issued for the ticket cost, less a 10% cancellation fee.
• If you cancel after the departure time, no refund will be issued.
• If your ticket is a promotional ticket, no refund will be issued in the event of a cancellation.
• If you cancel a return ticket, please note that the refund will only be applicable to the leg of the journey that has been cancelled.
• If you purchased your ticket with a discount code, you may be subject to additional cancellation fees or restrictions.

• Stagecoach South West allows passengers to bring two standard pieces of luggage on board each bus, in addition to a small item such as a handbag or laptop.
• Large items of luggage such as suitcases and prams must be stored in the luggage compartment at the front or rear of the bus.
• Bicycles are not allowed on Stagecoach South West buses, except for folding bicycles.
• Passengers should not bring any items on board that could cause injury or inconvenience to other passengers, such as weapons, sharp objects, or pets.
• Passengers should not bring any items on board that could damage the bus, such as hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or corrosive substances.
• Additional fees may be charged for large items of luggage, such as suitcases and prams, and for items that require extra storage space.

• Stagecoach South West allows passengers to travel with their domestic pet, provided it is suitably contained.
• Small animals such as cats, dogs, and small caged animals are allowed on the buses, but they must be in a suitable pet carrier.
• Pets must not be allowed to roam freely around the bus or on the seats.
• Animals should remain in their pet carrier at all times and should not be placed on the seats.
• Stagecoach South West reserves the right to refuse carriage of any pet if it is considered to be a nuisance or a danger to the other passengers.
