.• If you cancel your ticket up to 7 days before the departure date, a full refund will be issued. • If you cancel your ticket less than 7 days before the departure date, a partial refund will be issued. • If you cancel your ticket less than 24 hours before the departure date, Slovak Lines reserves the right to refuse a refund. • No refunds are possible for tickets purchased on board the bus. • In case of no-show, no refunds are issued. • For special tickets such as student tickets, discounts, and promotional tickets, refunds will not be issued unless the ticket is cancelled 7 days before the travel date.• If you wish to change your ticket, you must do so at least 24 hours before the departure date. The change is subject to availability and an additional fee may be charged. • If you do not change your ticket at least 24 hours before the departure date, Slovak Lines reserves the right to refuse the change.
