Flexible Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
- If a passenger cancels their ticket at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, they will be refunded the full amount.
- If a passenger cancels their ticket within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time, the ticket will be non-refundable.
- In the event that Sailing Club Glob Tourist cancels the trip, passengers will be refunded the full amount.
- In the event that Sailing Club Glob Tourist changes the time or date of the scheduled departure, passengers will be given the option to either receive a full refund or take the trip at the new time/date.
- In the event of a delayed departure, passengers will be entitled to receive a partial refund (based on the amount of time the trip was delayed).
- If the passenger needs to cancel the trip due to a medical emergency, they will be entitled to receive a full refund.
- If the passenger needs to cancel the trip due to a family emergency, they will be entitled to receive a full refund.
Smooth Luggage
Luggage Policy
- Passengers on Sailing Club Glob Tourist are allowed to carry two pieces of luggage with a combined weight of up to 30 kg and an individual piece of luggage up to 20 kg.
- In addition to two pieces of luggage, passengers are allowed to bring a handbag, briefcase, laptop bag or baby bag with them.
- Luggage over the weight limit will be subject to additional charges.
- Passengers are not allowed to bring any hazardous items such as weapons, explosives and flammable liquids on board.
- Passengers are also not allowed to bring any illegal items such as drugs, stolen goods and counterfeit items.
- Bicycles and other bulky items can be transported, but they must be packed in special boxes.
- Live animals are not allowed on board, except for assistance dogs.

- Pets must be in a secure, properly ventilated carrier or box, and must not be allowed to roam free.
- Pets must remain inside the carrier or box at all times.
- Pets must not be left unattended in the bus.
- Pets must not be allowed to occupy a seat.
- Pets must not be allowed to cause a nuisance or disturbance to other passengers.
- Passengers are responsible for any mess made by their pets.
- Dogs, cats, birds and small animals such as rodents, hamsters and rabbits.
- Exotic animals such as snakes, lizards and monkeys.
- Any pet that is considered to be dangerous.
