Racic Eurobus BG Cancellation Policy

• General Cancelation: You may cancel your booked ticket for any reason. Cancelation charges depend on the time before the journey when the cancellation is made.
• Before 48 hours: Customers can cancel a booking 48 hours prior to the departure time for a full refund minus the service charge.
• Between 48 to 24 hours: 50% of the ticket price will be charged for cancellations made between 48 to 24 hours prior to departure.
• Within 24 hours: If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before departure, no refund will be granted.
• No-Show: No refunds are given if the passenger doesn't show up to the departure without prior cancellation.
• Bus Company's Responsibility: If Racic Eurobus BG cancels a journey for reasons that are controllable by the company, a full refund will be provided to passengers. However, the company is not legally obliged to compensate for any losses incurred due to missed connections as a result of the cancellation.
• Journey Changes: Passengers may change their booking details or transfer their ticket to another person up to 24 hours before departure, but an administrative fee may be charged.
• Unexpected situations: Racic Eurobus BG holds no responsibility in case of delay or cancellation caused by natural disasters, security risks, road conditions, or other factors beyond control. However, the company will strive to provide alternative transport or refund where possible.
