  • If you need to cancel your trip, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to departure.
  • If you cancel your trip within 24 hours of departure, a cancellation fee may apply.
  • If you cancel your trip after departure, no refunds will be provided.
  • If the service is cancelled by Premier Motor Service, a full refund will be issued.
  • If a passenger is late for the departure time, no refunds will be provided.
  • If the bus is delayed, or it arrives late, no refunds will be provided.
  • If the bus is diverted, or it changes its route, no refunds will be provided.
  • If the passenger has to be removed from the bus due to misconduct, no refunds will be provided.

  • Premier Motor Service allows passengers to bring one medium-sized bag, one small bag and one personal item such as a laptop or handbag, free of charge.
  • Any additional luggage items will be subject to additional taxation.
  • Items such as suitcases, backpacks, large bags, and other luggage items of a similar size are not allowed on board.
  • Passengers are not allowed to bring any items that will compromise the safety of other passengers.
  • Passengers are not allowed to bring any flammable items, weapons, drugs, alcohol, or any other restricted items on board.
  • Premier Motor Service reserves the right to refuse any items that are deemed to be a threat to the safety of other passengers.

  • Premier Motor Service allows passengers to bring domestic pets on board, provided they are in a secure, enclosed container or cage.
  • Passengers must ensure that their pet does not cause disturbance or discomfort to other passengers.
  • The cage/container must have adequate ventilation, and be able to fit under the passenger seat.
  • The cage/container must not exceed the size of 80cm x 60cm x 60cm.
  • The driver may refuse to allow an animal on board if he/she considers the pet to be a potential hazard or danger.
  • Animals must be carried in approved cages/containers, and may not be allowed to travel in the aisle or on the seats.
  • Only domestic pets are allowed, such as cats, dogs, birds, and small rodents.
  • Animals considered to be dangerous are not allowed on board, such as snakes, lizards, and spiders.
