Flexible Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure, no refund will be issued.
If a passenger does not show up for a scheduled trip, no refund will be issued.
If a passenger changes their mind and decides not to take the trip after boarding the bus, no refund will be issued.
In cases of severe weather conditions, pas-Trans reserves the right to cancel or delay trips. Passengers will be refunded for any cancelled trips.
If pas-Trans cancels a trip for any reason, passengers will be given the option to rebook the same trip or receive a full refund.
Pas-Trans is not responsible for any costs incurred by passengers due to delayed, cancelled, or rescheduled trips.

Luggage Policy

Luggage Policy - Pas-Trans allows passengers to bring one cabin-sized bag and one personal item such as a laptop or purse on board the bus at no additional cost. Any additional bags will incur additional fees.
Extra Taxes on Luggage - Additional bags will incur a fee of $10 per bag.
What Is Allowed - Passengers are allowed to bring one cabin-sized bag plus a personal item such as a laptop or purse on the bus.
What Isn't Allowed - Any additional bags, as well as any items that are too large or too heavy to be carried on board, will not be allowed on the bus. This includes items such as suitcases, large sports equipment, and bulky items.
