- If you need to cancel your trip, you must contact Openline at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- If the cancellation is made after the deadline, you will be charged a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee depends on the fare type and the time of cancellation.
- If you need to cancel a ticket for a departure within 24 hours, you may be able to do so without incurring a fee.
- In certain cases, Openline may offer a refund or credit for tickets that have already been used.
- In the event of a delay or cancellation due to weather or other causes, Openline may provide a full or partial refund or credit.
- Openline may not offer refunds or credits for no-shows, missed connections, or changes in plans.

Luggage Policy
- Luggage Policy on Openline:
- Passengers are allowed to bring 1 personal item (purse, briefcase, laptop bag) and 1 carry-on bag for free.
- Carry-on bag dimensions must not exceed 24" x 16" x 10" (61 cm x 41 cm x 25 cm).
- Each checked bag must not exceed 50 lbs (23 kg) and 62" (157cm) in total dimension.
- Openline charges fees for additional and oversized bags.
- What is allowed to bring inside Openline:
- Small items such as coats, umbrellas, laptops, books, cameras, cell phones, etc.
- Baby strollers and car seats.
- Assistive Devices, such as wheelchairs, walkers, and crutches.
- What is not allowed to bring inside Openline:
- Firearms and weapons of any kind.
- Sharp objects, such as knives, box cutters, etc.
- Flammable items, such as lighter fluid, gasoline, etc.
- Explosives, such as fireworks, flares, etc.
- Extra Taxes on Luggage:
- Openline charges a fee for each additional bag.
- Fees for oversized bags may also apply.
Pet-Friendly Guidelines
Pet Policy
- Openline Pet Policy:
- Pets are allowed on board Openline buses if they are in a pet carrier and the pet carrier is small enough to fit on your lap or under the seat in front of you.
- The pet carrier must be leak-proof, well-ventilated, and properly secured and kept closed while on board.
- Pets are not allowed to be loose on the bus or to occupy a seat.
- The maximum size for pet carriers allowed on board is 45 cm (17.7 inches) in length, 30 cm (11.8 inches) in width, and 30 cm (11.8 inches) in height.
- Pets must be clean, odorless, and not disruptive to other passengers. If a pet is disruptive, the driver may ask the passenger to leave the bus.
- Allowed Pets: Small domestic animals such as cats, dogs, and rabbits.
- Not Allowed Pets: Wild animals, reptiles, rodents, and other animals not typically kept as pets.
