- Cancellations can be made up to 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time without any charge.
- If the cancellation is made after the 15-minute window, the customer will be charged for the full fare.
- If a customer does not show up for their journey, they will be charged for the full fare.
- If the customer needs to change their ticket type (e.g., from one-way to round-trip) they must do so before the 15-minute window or they will be charged the full fare.
- If a customer needs to change their departure time or destination, they can do so up to 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time without any charge.
- If the customer needs to change their departure time or destination after the 15-minute window, they will be charged the full fare.
- If Odri has to cancel a journey for any reason, the customer will be refunded the full fare.
- If the customer needs to reschedule their journey, they must do so before the 15-minute window or they will be charged the full fare.

Luggage Policy
- Luggage Policy on Odri:
- Each passenger is allowed to bring 1 standard piece of luggage and 1 small item (e.g. handbag, laptop, briefcase) on board.
- Larger items such as prams, buggies and musical instruments need to be booked in advance.
- Any additional luggage will be charged extra.
- Luggage that is too large or heavy to be stored in the overhead bins or luggage racks will not be accepted.
- Passengers are not allowed to bring any dangerous or hazardous items on board.
- Items that are not permitted include flammable liquids, weapons, explosives, and compressed gases.
- Passengers may be subject to additional taxes for bringing extra luggage.

- Pets are allowed to travel on Odri in the country where code equals to de, provided they are accompanied by a valid ticket.
- All pets must be kept in an appropriate pet carrier.
- The total weight of the pet and the pet carrier must not exceed 5 kg.
- Only cats, dogs, and small rodents are allowed. Exotic animals, reptiles, and birds are not allowed.
- The pet carrier must be kept in the passenger's lap or on the floor beneath the seat.
- The pet must be clean and in good health.
- The pet must not cause any disruption or nuisance to other passengers.
