Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, or the full fare will be charged.
- If a customer cancels at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, they will receive a full refund, minus any applicable cancellation or administration fees.
- If a customer cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time, they will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the fare.
- If a customer cancels after departure time, they will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the fare.
- If a customer fails to board the bus without prior notice, they will be charged the full fare.
- In case of a medical emergency, documentation must be provided in order to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations must be done through the Nozulu Lux Liner website or customer service, and not through third-party sites.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Luggage Policy
- Nozulu Lux Liner passengers in za are allowed to bring 1 piece of cabin luggage and 1 personal item per passenger, as long as each item does not exceed the dimensions of 56 cm x 36 cm x 23 cm (22 in x 14 in x 9 in).
- Checked luggage is limited to a maximum weight of 20 kg per passenger.
- In addition to the checked baggage allowance, passengers can also bring 1 item of hand luggage (not exceeding 7kg).
- Any item exceeding these limits will be considered an oversized item and will incur an additional fee.
- Passengers are allowed to bring food and drinks, providing that these items do not exceed the limits for carry-on baggage.
- It is forbidden to bring any hazardous materials, such as explosives, flammable liquids and gases, corrosives, and radioactive materials, on board Nozulu Lux Liner buses.
- Any item deemed dangerous by the driver will not be allowed on board and must be removed from the bus.
