Flexible Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your ticket before the departure date of your trip, you will be refunded the full amount of the ticket.
If you cancel your ticket within 24 hours of the departure date, you will be refunded 50% of the ticket cost.
If you cancel your ticket within 12 hours of the departure date, you will not be refunded any of the ticket cost.
If you cancel your ticket after the departure date of your trip, you will not be refunded any of the ticket cost.
In the event of a cancellation due to weather, medical emergency, or any other unforeseen circumstance, you will be refunded the full amount of the ticket.

Smooth Luggage

Luggage Policy

My Way allows passengers to bring one piece of carry-on luggage per person for free.
Each piece of carry-on luggage must not exceed the dimensions of 20 x 25 x 40 cm and must not weigh more than 7 kg.
Additional carry-on luggage can be purchased for a fee.
My Way allows passengers to bring one checked bag per person for free.
Each checked bag must not exceed the dimensions of 30 x 60 x 90 cm and must not weigh more than 20 kg.
Additional checked bags may be purchased for a fee.
My Way does not allow passengers to bring pets, weapons, explosives, flammable items, or any other items that may cause harm or discomfort to other passengers.
My Way reserves the right to refuse any luggage that does not comply with its policies.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed on My Way buses, with the following restrictions:
Pets must be in an appropriate pet carrier.
Pets must not occupy a seat.
The pet carrier must be placed on the floor between the passengers legs.
The pet must not interfere with other passengers or cause any damage to the bus.
Pets must not be allowed to roam around the bus.
The pet must not be placed on the seat.
The pet must not be left unattended.
Pets that are allowed to travel on My Way buses include cats, dogs, and small animals.
Pets that are not allowed to travel on My Way buses include reptiles, birds, and rodents.
