- If you cancel your reservation after the departure time, but before the scheduled arrival time, Modul-trans will not provide a refund, but you may be able to rebook your ticket for a later date.
- If you cancel your reservation after the scheduled arrival time, Modul-trans will not provide a refund or allow you to rebook your ticket.
- If Modul-trans cancels your trip due to weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
- If Modul-trans changes a schedule and you no longer can take the trip, you will receive a full refund.

Luggage Policy
- Passengers on Modul-trans are allowed to bring one bag or suitcase and one personal item such as a briefcase, laptop bag, or handbag.
- The maximum size for each bag or suitcase is 50 x 40 x 20 cm and the weight is not more than 10kg.
- Passengers are not allowed to bring large items such as sports equipment, bicycles, skis, etc.
- Extra taxes may apply on items that exceed the weight or size limits. The amount of the taxes depends on the country where code equals to undefined.
