  1. If a passenger cancels the trip more than 24 hours before the departure time:
    • The passenger will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
    • The refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
  2. If a passenger cancels the trip less than 24 hours before the departure time:
    • No refund will be provided.
  3. If a passenger fails to show up for the trip without canceling:
    • No refund will be provided.
  4. If Max Bus Zakopane cancels the trip:
    • Passengers will be notified as soon as possible.
    • A full refund will be provided to passengers.
    • The refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
  5. If Max Bus Zakopane reschedules the trip to a different time:
    • Passengers will be notified of the new departure time.
    • Passengers have the option to either accept the new time or request a refund.
    • If a refund is requested, a full refund will be provided.
    • The refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Luggage Policy on Max Bus Zakopane:
    • Each passenger is allowed to bring up to 2 pieces of luggage.
    • The sum of the length, width, and height of each piece of luggage must not exceed 160 cm.
    • The maximum weight for each piece of luggage is 20 kg.
    • All luggage must be securely closed and properly labeled with the passenger's name and contact information.
    • Luggage should be durable and suitable for transportation.
    • Pets are not allowed as luggage. They must be transported in approved pet carriers.
