Madeltrans Eurolines-Polska Bus Tickets And Schedules

• If the passenger wishes to cancel their ticket, they must do so before the departure time of the bus.
• If the passenger cancels their ticket before departure, they will be refunded the full fare minus a cancellation fee.
• If the passenger cancels their ticket after the departure time, they will be refunded half of the fare.
• If the passenger does not show up for the bus, the ticket will be forfeited and no refund will be given.
• If the bus is delayed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond Madeltrans Eurolines-Polska's control, then a full refund will be given.
• If the passenger is late for the bus, they may be able to board the bus at the discretion of the driver. If the driver allows them to board, they will be charged a late fee.

Madeltrans Eurolines-Polska Luggage Policy

• Passengers are allowed to bring one piece of luggage with maximum weight of 20kg.
• Each passenger is allowed to bring one piece of hand luggage with maximum weight of 8kg.
• Any additional luggage may be subject to extra taxes.
• It is prohibited to bring any flammable, explosive or corrosive materials, firearms, drugs or any other dangerous items on the bus.
• Animals and pets are not allowed inside the buses.

• Madeltrans Eurolines-Polska allows small and medium-sized pets to travel with their owners on their buses, provided they are properly restrained and accompanied by the necessary documents.
• Animal owners must have a valid pet passport or health certificate and a rabies vaccination certificate.
• A maximum of two pets per passenger is allowed on the bus.
• All pets must be kept in a pet carrier or cage that can be securely attached to the seat.
• The pet carrier must be large enough for the pet to move around inside and must be properly ventilated.
• The pet carrier must be placed at the passenger's feet and must remain there for the entire journey.
• No pets are allowed in the aisle or on the seats.
• Pets that are allowed to travel with Madeltrans Eurolines-Polska include cats, dogs, and small caged animals such as hamsters, gerbils, and guinea pigs.
• Pets that are not allowed to travel with Madeltrans Eurolines-Polska include reptiles, amphibians, birds, and exotic animals.
