Cancellation Policy

- In the event of a cancellation, Luvalo Brothers Transport will issue a full refund of the ticket cost, provided the cancellation is made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
- If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time, Luvalo Brothers Transport will issue a credit voucher, which may be used on a future journey.
- If the journey is cancelled due to an act of God, or due to a breakdown or other unexpected event, no refund or voucher will be issued, but an alternative form of transport, such as a train or plane, will be arranged for the passenger.
- If the journey is cancelled due to a natural disaster, or due to a terrorist attack, the ticket cost will be fully refunded.
- If the passenger fails to show up for the journey, no refund or voucher will be issued.
Smooth Luggage
Luggage Policy
- Luggage Policy on Luvalo Brothers Transport:
- Passengers are allowed to bring up to two pieces of luggage with total linear dimensions (length + width + height) of no more than 158 cm.
- Each piece must not exceed 32 kg.
- Passengers are allowed to bring one small carry-on bag with total linear dimensions (length + width + height) of no more than 56 cm.
- The carry-on bag must not exceed 8 kg.
- Extra Taxes on Luggage:
- Any additional pieces of luggage (more than the two pieces allowed) will incur a fee of 10 Euro per additional piece.
- Any pieces of luggage exceeding 32 kg will incur a fee of 5 Euro per 1 kg.
- What is allowed to bring:
- Passengers are allowed to bring two pieces of luggage and one small carry-on bag.
- Small items such as umbrellas, coats, blankets, and small bags are allowed.
- What isn’t allowed to bring:
- No pets are allowed on board.
- No weapons, explosives, flammable, or hazardous materials are allowed.
- No items that could affect the safety of the bus or the passengers are allowed.
Pet-Friendly Guidelines
Pet Policy
- Luvalo Brothers Transport allows passengers to bring pets on board, provided that they comply with the pet policy.
- Pets must be kept in a secure carrier that is large enough for them to stand, turn around, and lie down. The carrier must be leak proof, well ventilated, and kept on the floor during the journey.
- Passengers are responsible for containing their pet and for cleaning up any messes they make.
- Pets must never be left unattended at any time.
- No pets other than cats, dogs, small rodents (e.g. hamster, guinea pig), and birds are allowed on board.
- No aggressive pets are allowed.
