- If the trip is canceled by Luna Trans due to any circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
- If the trip is canceled by you after the 24-hour window, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

- If the trip is canceled due to a mechanical failure, you will receive a partial refund.
- If the trip is canceled due to an emergency situation, you will receive a full refund.

Luggage Policy
- Luggage Policy on Luna Trans:
- Passengers are allowed to bring one suitcase plus one item of hand luggage (e.g. briefcase, handbag, laptop, etc) on board.
- Luggage should not exceed 45lbs/20kg.
- If a passenger has more than one suitcase, they must pay an extra fee of $15 per additional suitcase.
- The following items are not allowed inside the Luna Trans: weapons, flammable materials, explosives, hazardous materials, and any other items prohibited by law.
- Any items that exceed the size, weight, or quantity limits will be subjected to additional taxes.

Pet Policy
- Passengers with pets are allowed to travel on Luna Trans buses, provided that the animal is kept in a pet carrier at all times.
- Pets must not be left unattended and must be kept on a leash or in a pet carrier when not in a designated pet area.
- Pets are not allowed to travel in the passenger seating area.
- Only small domestic pets such as cats, dogs, birds, and rabbits are allowed on Luna Trans buses. No other animals are allowed.
- Animals must not cause any disturbance to other passengers or damage to the bus.
- Passengers are responsible for the behavior of their pet and may be requested to leave the bus if the pet’s behavior is deemed inappropriate.
