Locatelli Bus Tickets And Schedules

• If the passenger cancels the ticket:
  • Up to 24 hours before the departure time: Full refund of the ticket price.
  • Less than 24 hours before the departure time: No refund.
• If the bus operator cancels the trip:
  • Passengers will be notified as soon as possible.
  • Full refund of the ticket price.
• If there is a delay or interruption in the trip caused by the bus operator:
  • If the delay is less than 1 hour: No refund.
  • If the delay is between 1 to 3 hours: 50% refund of the ticket price.
  • If the delay is more than 3 hours: Full refund of the ticket price.
• If there is a delay or interruption in the trip caused by external factors (e.g., traffic, weather):
  • No refund.
• If the passenger misses the bus:
  • No refund.

• Luggage Policy on Locatelli:
• Passengers are allowed to bring baggage onboard the Locatelli bus with specific guidelines and restrictions.
• Luggage should not exceed the maximum weight limit of 20 kilograms (44 pounds) per passenger.
• Each passenger is allowed to carry a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage.
• Extra charges may apply for additional or overweight baggage.
• Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and should keep it secure at all times.
• Extra Taxes on Luggage:
• No extra taxes are imposed on regular luggage within the designated weight limit.
• Additional charges may apply for excess or oversized luggage, which will be determined by Locatelli's staff.
• Items Allowed to Bring:
• Clothing, personal belongings, and essential items are allowed.
• Small bags, backpacks, and purses are permitted as carry-on items.
• Foldable strollers or baby carriages may be brought onboard but must be stowed away during the journey.
• Assistive devices such as wheelchairs or walkers are allowed with prior notice given to Locatelli.
• Items Not Allowed to Bring:
• Hazardous materials, flammable substances, and explosive items are strictly prohibited.
• Weapons, firearms, and sharp objects that may endanger other passengers are not allowed.
• Live animals, except for service animals, are prohibited on Locatelli buses.
• Illegal substances and drugs are strictly prohibited.

• Only small domestic pets are allowed on board
• Pets must be kept in a suitable pet carrier or crate during the journey
• Pets are not allowed to roam freely inside the bus
• The pet carrier must be secure and leak-proof
• Pet carriers should not exceed the maximum dimensions specified by Locatelli
• Pets must remain inside their carriers for the entirety of the journey
• Pets should be placed under the passenger seat or in the storage area
• Pets must not cause any inconvenience or disturbance to other passengers
• Pets should be well-behaved and properly supervised at all times
• Passengers are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, if necessary
• Locatelli reserves the right to refuse passage to any pet that poses a safety or health risk

Please note that the following pets are allowed to be transported on Locatelli buses:

• Dogs
• Cats
• Rabbits
• Small birds
• Hamsters or gerbils
• Guinea pigs

The following pets are not allowed to be transported on Locatelli buses:

• Larger animals such as large dog breeds, horses, etc.
• Reptiles or amphibians
• Exotic animals
