- Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time are not eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time will be refunded in full, minus the transaction fee.
- No-shows on the day of the scheduled departure will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are not available for unused tickets.
- Refunds will be provided in the same form of payment originally used for the transaction.

Luggage Policy
- Luggage Policy on Leon Pol Trans:
- Passengers can bring one piece of hand luggage that should not exceed the dimensions 55x40x20 cm and the weight is up to 10 kg.
- Passengers can bring one additional item of hand luggage (laptop, briefcase, backpack, etc) and it should not exceed the dimensions 40x30x15 cm and the weight is up to 5 kg.
- Passengers can bring one package of items that should not exceed the dimensions 120x90x90 cm and the weight is up to 30 kg.
- Extra luggage will be charged with additional fees (ex. bicycle - 25 EUR, ski - 20 EUR, golf bag - 15 EUR).
- It is not allowed to bring dangerous items and animals inside the bus.

- Leon Pol Trans does not accept any pets on board, with the exception of service animals.
- Service animals are defined as animals that are trained to assist passengers with disabilities.
- All service animals must be kept on a leash or in a pet carrier at all times.
- Service animals must be clean and well-behaved, and cannot create a disturbance or nuisance to other passengers.
- All other types of animals, including cats, dogs, birds, rodents, reptiles, and fish, are not allowed on board Leon Pol Trans buses.
