- Cancellation can be requested by passengers for their booked tickets under various scenarios:

• If the cancellation is made up to 72 hours before the departure time:
• Passengers are entitled to a full refund of the ticket fare.
• If the cancellation is made between 72 hours and 24 hours before the departure time:
• Passengers are eligible for a 75% refund of the ticket fare.
• If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the departure time:
• Passengers will not receive any refund. The ticket fare is considered as non-refundable.
• In exceptional cases such as bus cancellations or route changes:
• Passengers can request either a full refund of the ticket fare or an alternative departure time without any additional costs.
• No-shows (passengers who do not show up for their scheduled departure):
• No refunds will be provided. The ticket fare will be considered as non-refundable.

• Luggage policy terms on Kâmil Koç:
• Passengers are allowed to bring up to 25 kilograms of luggage free of charge.
• For each additional kilogram, a fee of 2 Turkish Lira (TRY) will apply.
• Passengers can bring a maximum of 30 kilograms of luggage.
• Any luggage exceeding 30 kilograms will not be accepted on board.
• Extra taxes on luggage:
• For overweight luggage (over 30 kilograms), the fee is 5 TRY per kilogram.
