Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 2 days before the start of the journey will be reimbursed in full.
- Cancellations made between 2 days and 12 hours before the start of the journey will be reimbursed up to 50% of the cost.
- Cancellations made between 12 hours and the start of the journey will not be reimbursed.
- Cancellations due to medical reasons or bad weather will be reimbursed in full.
- Cancellations due to mechanical problems on the bus will be reimbursed in full.
- Passengers are required to present a valid reason for their cancellation in order to receive a reimbursement.
- Cancellations due to changes in the bus schedule will be reimbursed in full.
- Cancellations due to changes in the route or destination will be reimbursed in full.
Smooth Luggage
Luggage Policy
- On Internorte in France, passengers are allowed to bring 1 piece of hand luggage and 1 small item of hand luggage on board.
- Hand luggage must not exceed 55cm x 35cm x 25cm in size and must fit in the overhead locker or under the seat in front of you.
- Small items such as handbags, laptops, briefcases, umbrellas must not exceed 40x30x10 cm in size.
- Luggage that is larger than the specified size must be checked in at the check-in desk.
- All luggage must be labeled with the passenger's name and address.
- The maximum weight for checked-in luggage is 20 kg.
- A fee is applicable to luggage that is checked in. The current fee is €5 per item.
- Passengers are not permitted to bring any sharp items or flammable substances on board the bus.
- Passengers may bring food and drinks on board the bus, but alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
Pet-Friendly Guidelines
Pet Policy
- Internorte allows passengers to bring pets on board provided that they are in secure containers and that the total weight of the pet and the container does not exceed 10 kg.
- Pets are allowed on all routes in France, but they must be kept in a separate part of the bus and should not be allowed to move around.
- Pets must be clean and free of any kind of parasites. They must be vaccinated and have an up-to-date health certificate.
- Passengers must carry a valid certificate for the pet in order to travel with it.
- Allowed pets: cats, dogs, small animals such as rodents and reptiles.
- Not allowed pets: wild animals, large animals, and birds.
