Bus Ticket Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are allowed up to 6 hours before departure, with a 20% cancellation fee.

Missed Bus

You may cancel or rebook up to 6 hours before departure.

Refunds

Refunds are available within the specified cancellation period. Missed departures are not refundable.

Bus Ticket Changes

Rebooking

Allowed up to 3 hours before departure with a 20% rebooking fee.

Price Difference

Any fare difference must be paid if upgrading, or credited if the new ticket is cheaper.

Boarding Requirements

  • You must present either a ticket on your phone or a printed ticket.
  • Show the same ID used during booking.

Traveling with Children

  • Children under 3: Travel for free if seated on a parent’s lap.
  • Children 3 to 12: Receive a 15% discount on peak season tickets and a 20% discount on off-peak tickets.
  • Children under 12 cannot travel alone.
