Flexible Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time in order to receive a full refund.
If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price.
If the bus is delayed more than 30 minutes from the scheduled departure time, you are eligible for a full refund.
If you no-show for your trip, you are not eligible for a refund.
If you are denied boarding due to a lack of available seats, you are eligible for a full refund.
If the operator cancels the trip due to an unexpected event, you are eligible for a full refund.
If the operator cancels the trip due to bad weather, you are eligible for a full refund.
If you are denied boarding due to improper documentation, you are not eligible for a refund.
If you need to make changes to your reservation, you must contact the operator at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.

Luggage policy on Inter
Passengers are allowed to bring 2 items with them per person.
The combined weight of the two items should not exceed 20kg
The size of the items should not exceed 80cm x 60cm x 40cm
Any items above these specified limits may be subject to additional taxes
A maximum of 3 passengers per vehicle may travel with their own luggage
Luggage items should be properly secured in the boot of the vehicle
Items like weapons, flammable materials, explosives and hazardous materials are prohibited
Pets are allowed, however, they must travel in a pet carrier and must be kept in the boot of the vehicle
