  • Integrity Coach Lines reserves the right to cancel a trip at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If a trip is cancelled, the customer will be notified and given the option to rebook the trip or receive a full refund.
  • If a customer cancels a trip, any prepaid fares will be refunded as long as the cancellation is received at least 48 hours prior to the departure time.
  • If a customer does not show up for their trip and does not cancel at least 48 hours prior to the departure time, no refund will be given.
  • If a customer cancels a trip due to an illness, they will be refunded as long as they provide proof of illness.
  • If a customer is unable to travel due to inclement weather, they will be refunded as long as they provide proof of the weather conditions.

Smooth Luggage

Luggage Policy

  • Passengers on Integrity Coach Lines are allowed to bring two pieces of luggage with them.
  • The maximum size of the two pieces combined should not exceed 62 inches (158 cm).
  • Each piece of luggage should not weigh more than 50 lbs (23 kg).
  • Passengers must not bring any hazardous materials, such as fuel, flammable liquids, explosives, or weapons.
  • Baggage must be stowed away in the overhead compartment or underneath the seat.
  • All luggage must be labeled with the passenger’s full name, address, and contact information.
  • Any additional pieces of luggage will incur extra luggage fees.

Pet-Friendly Guidelines

Pet Policy

  • Integrity Coach Lines allows passengers to travel with their pets as long as the pet is in a secure carrier.
  • The pet must not exceed 10 lbs in weight and must have a secure and leak-proof carrier.
  • The pet carrier must be stored in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of the passenger.
  • The pet must remain in the carrier while traveling on the bus.
  • Passengers may be asked to move their pet carrier to another location if needed.
  • Passengers are responsible for cleaning up any mess made by their pet.
  • Pets allowed: Dogs, cats, and small caged animals (birds, hamsters, etc).
  • Pets not allowed: reptiles, amphibians, and fish.
