Cancellation Policy for Bus Travel on IAS Touring S.r.l. (Italy)

• Cancellation by the passenger:
  • If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more prior to the departure time, a full refund will be provided.
  • If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the departure time, no refund will be provided.
• Cancellation by IAS Touring S.r.l.:
  • In the unlikely event that IAS Touring S.r.l. cancels the bus trip, a full refund will be provided to the passenger.
• Missed departures:
  • If the passenger arrives late and misses the departure time, no refund will be provided.
• Unavailable seats:
  • In the rare event that IAS Touring S.r.l. is unable to accommodate a passenger with a reserved seat, an alternative seat will be provided. If no alternative seat is available, a full refund will be provided to the passenger.

• Luggage Policy on IAS Touring S.r.l. in Italy:
• Checked Luggage:
• Passengers are allowed to travel with up to two pieces of luggage.
• The dimensions for each piece of checked luggage should not exceed 158cm (length + width + height).
• The weight limit for each piece of checked luggage is 23 kilograms (50 pounds).
• Cabin/Carry-On Luggage:
• Passengers are allowed to carry one piece of cabin/carry-on luggage.
• The dimensions for the cabin/carry-on luggage should not exceed 55cm x 40cm x 20cm.
• The weight limit for the cabin/carry-on luggage is 8 kilograms (17.6 pounds).
• Additional Taxes/Fees:
• Passengers may need to pay additional fees for excess or oversized luggage.
• Excess Luggage: If the weight or dimensions of the luggage exceed the limits mentioned above, additional charges will apply.
• Prohibited Items:
• Explosives, flammable materials, and firearms are strictly prohibited on board.
• Perishable items or live animals are not allowed as luggage.
• Any items that may cause harm or discomfort to other passengers are also not allowed.

• Pets are allowed to travel on buses operated by IAS Touring S.r.l. in Italy.
• Only small domesticated pets are permitted on board.
• Pets must be kept in an appropriate carrier or cage during the entire journey.
• The pet carrier or cage must be clean, secure, and well-ventilated.
• Pets are not allowed to roam freely inside the bus or sit on the seats.
• Pets are not allowed in the bus bathroom facilities.
• Pets must remain quiet and well-behaved at all times.
• Pet owners are responsible for controlling their pets and ensuring they do not disturb other passengers.
• Pet owners are required to carry all necessary documentation for their pets, including vaccination records and health certificates if requested by the bus staff.
• Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets to the bus or other passengers' belongings.
• Pets should not be left unattended on the bus at any time.
• Pets may be refused boarding if they are deemed aggressive, ill, or pose a threat to the safety and comfort of other passengers.
• Pets traveling on buses are solely the responsibility of their owners.
