RegioJet allows passengers to travel with pets under specific conditions.

Small Pets (Dogs, Cats, and Other Small Animals)

• Allowed onboard if transported in a secure carrier.
• Size Limit: The pet carrier must not exceed 40 × 30 × 15 cm.
• Weight Limit: Maximum 8 kg (including the carrier).
• Storage: The carrier must fit under the seat or in the luggage rack.
• Cost: Small pets in carriers travel for free.

Larger Dogs

• Allowed only if muzzled and leashed.
• Size Limit: Must fit within the passenger's personal space.
• Ticket Required: A separate pet fare must be purchased.
• Restrictions: Dogs are not allowed in Business Class, Relax Class, or Quiet Compartments.

Service Dogs

• Guide dogs for visually impaired passengers travel for free.
• No size or weight restrictions apply.
• Must have proper identification or certification.

Other Pets (Rodents, Birds, Reptiles, etc.)

• Must be transported in secure cages.
• Cages must meet the 40 × 30 × 15 cm size limit.
• The animal must not disturb other passengers.

Important Rules

• Passengers are responsible for their pets’ behavior.
• Aggressive or noisy animals may be refused transport.
• Pets are not allowed on seats.
