Ticket Cancellation and Refund Policy
The ability to cancel a ticket and receive a refund depends on the fare type.
Flexible Tickets
- Fully refundable if canceled before departure.
- No cancellation fees.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Tickets (Low-Cost & Special Offer Fares)
- Cannot be refunded once purchased.
- Changes may be allowed (see ticket change policy below).
How to Cancel Your Ticket?
You can cancel your ticket through the following methods:
Online (Website & App)
- Log in to your account at RegioJet Website or open the mobile app.
- Go to "My Tickets" and select the ticket you want to cancel.
- Follow the instructions to request a cancellation and refund.

Ticket Changes (Modifications & Rebooking)
- Flexible Tickets can be changed without a fee before departure.
- Standard Tickets may be changed for a fee (depending on fare rules).
- Low-Cost & Special Offer Fares are generally non-changeable.

Refund Processing Time
