Wheelchair Accessibility

• RegioJet trains have dedicated spaces for wheelchair users.
• Passengers must ensure their wheelchair fits within the maximum dimensions: 70 cm (width) × 120 cm (length).
• The total weight limit (passenger + wheelchair) must not exceed 250 kg.
• Wheelchair spaces are available only in designated train cars.

Boarding and Assistance at Stations

• Level boarding is available at some stations. Where platforms are lower, station staff can provide a boarding ramp.
• Passengers should arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to request boarding assistance.
