Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
- If a customer cancels less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, they will be charged a cancellation fee.
- If a customer cancels more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, they will be refunded the full fare, minus a £5 administration fee.
- If a customer does not show up for their scheduled departure, they will be charged a no-show fee.
- If a customer cancels a return journey, they will be refunded the full fare for the return journey, minus a £5 administration fee.
- If a customer is travelling on a discounted ticket, they will not be eligible for a refund if they cancel their journey.
- The customer must contact Hamilton's Coaches directly to cancel their journey and request a refund, if applicable.

Luggage Policy
- When traveling with Hamilton's coaches in the country where code equals to gb, passengers are allowed to bring one standard size suitcase or bag on board free of charge.
- In addition to the one free-of-charge piece of luggage, passengers may bring one of the following items free of charge: a laptop bag, handbag, briefcase or small rucksack.
- Any additional luggage may be taken on board the coach but will incur an additional fee.
- The following items are not allowed on board Hamilton's coaches: any items that exceed size or weight limits, any hazardous items, any illegal items, any animals, any items that are offensive or dangerous.

- Hamilton's coaches allow passengers to bring their pet on board, subject to the following restrictions:
- Only small pets (dogs, cats, caged birds, and other small animals) in a secure and properly ventilated pet carrier are allowed.
- The carrier must be large enough for the pet to stand up and turn around.
- The pet must remain in the carrier at all times during the journey.
- Pets must not be allowed to roam freely or be taken out of the carrier.
- Carrier must be placed on the floor, or in the luggage rack.
- No other pet types are allowed on board.
