- If you cancel your trip at least 3 days in advance, you can receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your trip within 3 days of departure, you will get a refund minus a cancellation fee.
- If you are delayed for more than 30 minutes, you will be refunded for the portion of the trip that was missed.
- If your bus is delayed for more than 2 hours, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- If the bus does not arrive at its destination, you will be refunded for the full amount.
- If the bus breaks down, you will be refunded for the portion of the trip that was missed.
- No refunds will be issued if you are late for your departure time.

- Passengers on Fortuna Tour in the country with the code PL are allowed to bring one piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 15kg per passenger.
