Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation is available if it is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- If the passenger cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, the cancellation fee is equal to the full cost of the ticket.
- In the event of a delay, the passenger may be eligible to cancel their ticket and receive a refund.
- If the bus is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, the passenger may be eligible for a refund provided that the delay is more than 2 hours.
- If the passenger has missed their bus due to a delay, they may be eligible for a refund.
- If the passenger is late for their scheduled departure, they will not be eligible for a refund.
- If a passenger needs to change their ticket, they will be charged a fee.

Luggage Policy
- Passengers on Forsage Auto are allowed to bring one piece of luggage that must not exceed 30kg, plus one additional hand-luggage item.
- Extra luggage will require an additional fee, determined by the company.
- All luggage must be properly labeled with the passenger's name and contact information.
- Animals are not allowed on Forsage Auto.
- It is prohibited to bring any hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, firearms, or items of a similar nature.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring that their luggage is safely secured and stored in the designated storage areas.
- Forsage Auto reserves the right to refuse any luggage that it deems to be a potential safety hazard.
