If you cancel a reservation before the date of departure, you will be refunded the full amount of the fare.
If you cancel a reservation after the date of departure, you will receive a refund of 50% of the fare.
If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, you will be refunded the full amount of the fare.
If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time, you will receive a refund of 50% of the fare.
If you cancel a reservation on the day of departure, no refund will be given.
If you cancel a reservation due to a strike, natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a refund of the full amount of the fare.
If you cancel a reservation due to a change in the schedule, you will be refunded the full amount of the fare.

Luggage Policy

Each passenger is allowed to bring one piece of hand luggage with a maximum weight of 8 kg (18 lbs).
All checked-in luggage must not exceed the weight limit of 20 kg (44 lbs).
Passengers are not allowed to bring any dangerous items on board, including flammable liquids, explosives, and firearms.
Luggage exceeding the weight limit of 20 kg (44 lbs) may be subject to additional fees.
