Emex Express Bus Cancelation Policy

• Reservation Changes: Passengers can make changes to their reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
• Cancellation Policy: Emex Express offers the following options for cancellations:
• Standard Fare: If you have a standard fare ticket, cancellations can be made with the following conditions:
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to departure: Full refund with a deduction of a small administrative fee.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to departure: Refund amount will be 50% of the ticket price.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure: No refund.
• Promotional Fare: If you have a promotional fare ticket, cancellations can be made with the following conditions:
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to departure: Full refund with a deduction of a small administrative fee.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior to departure: Refund amount will be 30% of the ticket price.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure: No refund.
• No-Show Policy: If a passenger fails to board the bus without prior cancellation, there will be no refund issued.
• Refund Process: Refunds can be processed by contacting Emex Express customer support with your booking details.
• Exceptions: Emex Express may have special cancelation policies for certain routes or dates. It is recommended to check the specific terms and conditions during the booking process.

Luggage Policy on Emex Express

Allowed Luggage

• Passengers are allowed to bring:
• One piece of hand luggage not exceeding the dimensions of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm.
• One checked bag, with a maximum weight of 20kg.

Extra Taxes on Luggage

• No extra taxes are imposed on the allowed luggage.

Prohibited Items

• The following items are not allowed inside the Emex Express:
