Flexible Cancellations
Cancellation Policy

- If cancellation is initiated 24 hours prior to the departure time, the customer will receive a full refund.
- If cancellation is initiated between 12 – 24 hours prior to the departure time, the customer will receive a 50% refund.
- If cancellation is initiated within 12 hours prior to the departure time, the customer will not receive a refund.
- If a passenger does not board the bus, no refund will be issued.
- If a passenger is denied boarding due to lack of seat availability, a full refund will be issued.
- If a passenger is denied boarding due to reasons other than lack of seat availability, a full refund will be issued.
- If a passenger has a valid reason to cancel the trip, a full refund will be issued.
- If a passenger is late for the departure, no refund will be issued.
Smooth Luggage
Luggage Policy
- Every passenger is allowed to bring one piece of luggage up to 25 kg for free.
- Every piece of luggage over 25 kg must be declared at the ticket office for an additional fee.
- Passengers are allowed to bring one item of hand luggage with them into the bus, with a maximum weight of 5kg.
- Dangerous items like weapons, explosives, flammable liquids and gases, and other hazardous materials are not allowed on the bus.
- Passengers are not allowed to bring animals of any kind on the bus, with the exception of service animals.
- All luggage must be clearly labelled with the passenger's name and address.
- Any items that are deemed to be too bulky or too large are not allowed on the bus.
Pet-Friendly Guidelines
Pet Policy
- Pets are allowed on board Ekspres Bus in PL, but they must be kept in a suitable pet carrier throughout the journey.
- Pets must not be allowed to roam freely in the bus.
- The pet carrier must not exceed the dimensions of 70x50x30 cm.
- The pet carrier must be properly ventilated and the pet must have enough room to move around.
- Pets must not present a risk to other passengers.
- Allowed pets: cats, dogs, rabbits, hamsters and other small animals.
- Not allowed pets: reptiles, rodents and other dangerous animals.
- Passengers must carry the necessary documents for their pet, such as a veterinary certificate.
