• If you cancel your ticket between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled departure, you will receive a 50% refund.
• If you cancel your ticket within 12 hours before the scheduled departure, you will receive no refund.
• If you need to reschedule your ticket, you will have to pay a fee equivalent to 10% of the ticket price.
• If the bus is delayed or canceled, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price.
• If the bus is delayed and you decide to board the bus, you will receive a 50% refund of your ticket price.
• If the bus is canceled and you decide not to board another bus, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price.

• Eastern European Travel's pet policy for pl allows pets on board the bus, as long as they are kept in a pet carrier. • All pet carriers must be checked-in at the counter before boarding the bus.• Only cats and small dogs are allowed on board the bus.• Pets must not weigh more than 5 kilograms and must not exceed the size of a pet carrier.• Pets must be kept inside their pet carrier during the entire trip.• Pets must not be allowed to roam freely inside the bus.• Passengers are responsible for any mess or damage caused by their pet.• Passengers are not allowed to bring any other types of animals on board the bus.• Eastern European Travel reserves the right to deny boarding to any passenger with an animal.
