- Crisps Coaches allows for cancellation in the country with code ‘au’, under the following conditions:
- If cancellation is made more than 24 hours before scheduled departure time, a full refund will be issued.
- If cancellation is made within 24 hours of scheduled departure time, a 50% refund will be issued.
- Cancellations made within 2 hours of departure will not be eligible for a refund.
- In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.
- In the event of a delayed or canceled trip, customers are entitled to a full refund.
Smooth Luggage
Luggage Policy
- Crisps Coaches in AU allow passengers to bring one small item of hand luggage for no extra cost.
- Passengers may also bring one large item of luggage, such as a suitcase, for an additional fee.
- It is important to note that only one additional piece of luggage is allowed per person.
- Luggage that exceeds the size and weight limits set by Crisps Coaches will not be allowed on board.
- All luggage must fit into the overhead compartments or under the seat in front of you.
- Items such as bicycles, skis, surfboards, and other large items may not be allowed on board.
- The maximum weight for any item of luggage is 10 kg.
- Any additional luggage will incur a fee of $5.00.
- Passengers should not bring any dangerous or prohibited items on board the bus.
- Passengers should also check with their driver for any additional restrictions.

- Crisps Coaches in AU allows passengers to bring small pets such as cats and dogs, but they must remain in a pet carrier at all times while on the bus.
- Pets should not be left unattended in the bus or at any bus station, and must not be allowed to roam freely.
- Pets must be leashed and muzzled if needed at all times.
- Pets should not occupy seats that other passengers will use.
- The driver has the right to refuse a pet if it is deemed to be a nuisance or a danger to other passengers and/or the driver.
