Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before travel.
- If cancellations are made with more than 24 hours notice, customers can get a full refund.
- If cancellations are made with less than 24 hours notice, customers will be charged a £5 cancellation fee.
- If customers do not show up for their journey, no refund will be given.
- If customers miss their departure time, they will be charged a £10 amendment fee.
- If customers wish to amend their travel details, they will be charged a £5 amendment fee.
- If customers need to change their ticket type, they will be charged the full ticket price for the new ticket.

- Citylink Gold passengers are allowed to bring up to two pieces of checked-in luggage and one piece of hand luggage.
- The total weight of the checked in luggage should not exceed 20kg.
- The total weight of the hand luggage should not exceed 7kg.
- Passengers are allowed to bring additional items such as a laptop, handbag, infant bag, or a baby seat.
- Any items exceeding the weight limit will be subject to an additional fee.
- Items prohibited from being brought onboard Citylink Gold include weapons, hazardous materials, explosives, and illegal substances.
