Flexible Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled departure time.
Cancellations made after the 24-hour window will incur a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
No-show passengers are not eligible for a refund.
In the event of a bus being delayed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, Chilwans Express will provide an alternative travel arrangement.
In the case of a medical emergency, Chilwans Express will provide a refund as long as a valid medical certificate is presented.
In the event of a natural disaster, Chilwans Express will provide a full refund.

Smooth Luggage

Luggage Policy

Passengers on Chilwans Express in Za are allowed to carry two pieces of hand luggage with maximum dimensions of 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm, with a maximum weight of 10 kg.
