Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy for traveling on Cazmatrans in Croatia is as follows:
- If the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the departure time:
- No cancellation fee will be charged.
- A full refund will be provided for the ticket price.
- If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the departure time:
- A cancellation fee of 50% of the ticket price will be charged.
- The remaining amount will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is made after the departure time or the passenger fails to show up:
- No refund will be provided.

Luggage Policy
- Luggage Policy Terms on Cazmatrans:
- Each passenger is allowed to bring up to two pieces of luggage on board.
- The combined weight of the luggage must not exceed 30 kilograms.
- The maximum dimensions for each piece of luggage are 70cm x 50cm x 27cm.
- Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and must ensure it is properly labeled with their name and contact information.
- Luggage should be securely closed and not contain any fragile or perishable items.
- Passengers must be present when their luggage is being loaded or unloaded from the bus.
- Extra Taxes on Luggage:
- No extra taxes apply for the standard luggage allowance.
- If the combined weight of the luggage exceeds 30 kilograms, an additional fee of 10 euros per extra kilogram will be charged.
- Any oversized luggage which does not meet the maximum dimensions will incur an extra fee of 15 euros per piece.
- Luggage exceeding the weight limit or not meeting the dimensions may be refused at the discretion of Cazmatrans.

- Pet owners must ensure that their pets do not cause any inconvenience or discomfort to other passengers.
- Any damage caused by pets to the bus or other passengers' belongings is the responsibility of the pet owner.
- Passengers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to pet transportation.
